Cindy Dilworth

Cindy is experienced in all aspects of adult communication and swallowing disorders. She has worked in intensive care, acute hospital wards, rehabilitation hospitals, community settings, and residential care facilities. 

She is trained in the use of electrical stimulation, surface electromyographic (sEMG) biofeedback, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) and PROMPT. Cindy also has a special interest in accent modification. Cindy is a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia.

Yasmine graduated as a speech pathologist in 2015. Before graduating, she worked for CDSPS as an assistant under the guidance of Cindy for several years. She has clinical experience in various settings within both adult and paediatric populations. Yasmine is trained in LSVT and PROMPT and is a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia.

Casey-Lee Blake

​After graduating at Flinders University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2015, Casey-Lee has worked as a Speech Pathologist in regional and metropolitan communities within Queensland. Casey-Lee thoroughly enjoys working with paediatric and adult demographics and has a passion for supporting communication and swallowing disorders associated with complex disabilities. Casey-Lee is trained in Hanen and Transdisciplinary Key Worker Services and is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.

Hannah Parkinson 
BSpPath


Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) from The University of Queensland and is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. Hannah's clinical experience includes working with adults in relation to speech, language, swallowing, voice and multi-modal communication. She has a particular passion for AAC, Auslan and voice disorders, striving to ensure that her clients can express themselves in the manner that they choose. Additionally, she applies a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy, enabling her clients to be the champions and choice-makers in their own therapy.


Julie Sax
BEd, MSpPath


Julie graduated with a Master of Speech Pathology from Griffith University and is a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia. Julie is passionate about providing evidence-based, holistic Speech Pathology services to each of her clients. With a background in the acute and rehabilitation hospital setting, Julie brings clinical experience across a variety of adult speech, language and swallowing disorders of varying origins. Julie enjoys supporting clients as they transition back into the community, and practices collaborative goal-setting and meaningful participation beginning with the client’s ‘end-goal’ in mind.
