CDSPS accepts referrals from north Brisbane, outer north Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, south Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan regions.
CDSPS also considers referrals from the Gold Coast region for patients with MND, fronto-temporal dementia, facial weakness and asymmetry and/or patients who would benefit from electrical stimulation. We may also consider Telehealth referrals but this will be considered on a case by case basis. Please refer to our privacy policy before submitting the Referral Form. |
